The space

Private guesthouse (no smoking allowed inside) located on lower level of the property on the left side. Private entry faces Little Bay and is only steps from water's edge.

Space includes 1 queen size bed and a twin size trundle bed that coverts to a king bed with an attached bathroom (shower, vanity, toilet). Kitchenette (sink, countertop, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave). Desk/chair. Smart TV. Mini-split AC/Heat. Access to our deck and fish cleaning station. Part of the deck does not have a railing.

Entrance requires climbing 5 steps.

Guest access

Guesthouse with use of shared deck, fish cleaning station. Deck/fish cleaning station is shared with the owners of the property.

Keypad private entrance that faces the water.

Additional notes

Owners live upstairs.

This is waterfront property which overlooks Little Bay (not the beach). Rockport Beach is about a 7-8 minute drive.

Some portions of the deck do not have a railing.

Boat docking available. Perfect place to launch and dock kayaks. We have room for parking a couple of boat trailers and vehicles on our driveway.

Climbing 5 steps is required to enter the guesthouse.

Neighborhood overview

Key Allegro Island. Quiet. Peaceful. Holiday weekends can be a little noisier.

Take a short morning stroll to Bayshore which is about 2 minutes away to enjoy the beautiful sunrise.

It is about a 7-8 minute drive to Rockport Beach that fronts Aransas Bay and about 25 minutes to Port Aransas to enjoy the beach that faces the Gulf of Mexico.

Getting around

Located on Key Allegro Island. We have a large driveway that can easily accommodate boat trailers and vehicles so message us for details.

Short drive to restaurants, grocery, Rockport Beach with boat launch, Fulton Harbor and Fulton Boat Ramp. Great fishing off of nearby Fulton Harbor Pier and Copano Bridge.

About a 25 minute drive to Port Aransas and about 35 minutes to Corpus Christi.
